Welcome To Jonathan Irwin Photography
I was born in the UK and have lived in the North East of England all my life.
My interest in photography started when I bought my first ever digital camera and started photographing aeroplanes.
As my interest in photography grew and my enthusiasm for my retail management career waned I decided to quit work and study for a degree in commercial photography.
I have just passed my commercial photography degree and going on to complete my BA photography degree.
Having grown up in the North East of England surrounded by Industry,Coast and Countryside it is no surprise that these elements have had a major influence on my photography and evidence of this can be seen in my work on this site.
I have experience working for and covering large events, I worked for BBC Sport covering their Your Game Events in Hull and Glasgow.
I have also worked for local councils,corporate events,schools and local industry.
